INGREDIENTS:
- one large handful of organic baby spinach
 - one large handful of organic baby chard
 - one large handful of organic baby collards
 - one large handful of organic baby kale
 - 1/2 organic apple
 - 1/2 - 1 cup (depending on how thick or thin you prefer your smoothies) of organic almond milk
 - 1 avocado
 - 2 tbsp raw almond butter
 - 2 tsp chia seeds
 - filtered water
 - 1/2 frozen banana
 - 3-4 frozen strawberries
 - ice (optional)
 
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or blender and blend until smooth. You can add more filtered water or almond milk to adjust the consistency. Enjoy!
