What you'll need:
- organic strawberries
- fresh organic basil
- 1 French baguette
- organic goat cheese
- EVOO
- balsamic vinegar
- pinch of organic cane sugar
De-stem the strawberries and cut them into small pieces, place them in a bowl. Sprinkle a pinch or two of organic cane sugar over the strawberries and stir to coat so that the juices begin to release. Thinly slice the basil and set it aside. Slice the bread and lightly toast. Once the toast has cooled, spread the goat cheese evenly on each piece. Top with the strawberries and basil and then lightly drizzle EVOO and balsamic vinegar over the top. Serve and enjoy!!Yummmmmm.
